Every dark or light square is a module. This calculator enforces at least 0.4 mm per printed module, including a four-module quiet zone on every side.
Production check
Print at 100%, test the final substrate and scan with multiple devices. Screen proofs cannot reproduce glare, ink spread, folds, curvature or viewing angle.
