Outcome taxonomy
Report decode success, time to decode, redirect success, destination render success and task completion separately. A PDF download prompt is a render-policy outcome, not a decode failure.
Minimum report fields
Record device, OS, camera or scanner app, default browser, network, print dimensions, error correction, payload length, contrast, date and complete destination response headers.
Publication standard
Publish sample counts and unsuccessful attempts, keep test assets immutable, and timestamp results. Do not generalize one handset result to an entire manufacturer.
