If your QR code is not appearing on your dashboard, it's possible that it was not saved correctly during its creation. When you create a QR code for the first time, it's crucial to click the "create/save" button twice. Why is this step essential? Because the system generates the QR code and then allows you to store it, but if the process is not completed yet, the QR code cannot be saved.
The generation of the QR code occurs every time you add, delete, or modify data in the editing field. Therefore, it's imperative to save your QR code correctly, as the customer service will not be able to retrieve an unsaved QR code.
