წესები და პირობები

ეს პირობები არეგულირებს Rqrcode-ზე წვდომას და მის გამოყენებას, მათ შორის public website-ს, account area-ს, QR code generator-ს, short links-ს, restaurant menus-ს, analytics-ს, API features-ს და დაკავშირებულ services-ს.

account-ის შექმნით, QR code-ის გენერირებით, paid plan-ზე გამოწერით ან platform-ის გამოყენებით ადასტურებთ, რომ წაიკითხეთ და მიიღეთ ეს პირობები. თუ Rqrcode-ს ორგანიზაციის სახელით იყენებთ, ადასტურებთ, რომ გაქვთ ამ ორგანიზაციის ვალდებულებით დაკავშირების უფლებამოსილება.

Rqrcode გაეშვა 2021 წლის 21 დეკემბერს და ამ თარიღიდან არსებობს როგორც service.

1. ოპერატორი და hosting

3. account creation და access

თქვენ პასუხისმგებელი ხართ თქვენს account-ით განხორციელებულ ყველა activity-ზე. unauthorized access, credential leakage ან abnormal use-ის ეჭვის შემთხვევაში დაუყოვნებლივ უნდა გვაცნობოთ.

• არ შექმნათ account false, misleading ან third-party information-ით.

4. მისაღები გამოყენება

თქვენ სრულად პასუხისმგებელი ხართ links, files, pages, images, restaurant menus, pixels, messages და ნებისმიერი სხვა content-ისთვის, რომელსაც Rqrcode-ის მეშვეობით create, upload, publish ან redirect აკეთებთ.

უნდა უზრუნველყოთ, რომ თქვენი გამოყენება შეესაბამებოდეს applicable law-ს, third-party rights-ს, platform policies-ს და destination service-ის წესებს, რომელიც QR code-იდან ან short link-იდანაა linked.

• არ გამოიყენოთ service phishing, malware, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation ან illegal content-ისთვის.
• არ upload ან link content, რომელიც არღვევს intellectual property-ს, privacy-ს, image rights-ს ან contractual obligations-ს.
• არ overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer platform-ს, არ bypass rate limits და არ disrupt platform.

5. QR codes, short links და public pages

Static QR codes ჩვეულებრივ content-ს პირდაპირ encode აკეთებს და download ან printing-ის შემდეგ შეიძლება editable აღარ იყოს. Dynamic QR codes და short links დამოკიდებულია platform availability-ზე და associated account ან plan status-ზე.

Printing, distribution ან commercial use-მდე თითოეული QR code, short link, public page, PDF, menu და campaign-ის შემოწმება თქვენი პასუხისმგებლობაა. ჩვენ არ ვართ პასუხისმგებელი printing costs-ზე, campaign costs-ზე ან losses-ზე, რომლებიც თქვენს მიერ მიწოდებულ არასწორ content-ს უკავშირდება.

6. Plans, subscriptions და renewal

Paid plans შეიძლება billed იყოს monthly, annually, lifetime offer-ად ან checkout-ზე ნაჩვენები სხვა offer-ის მიხედვით. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew ხდება, სანამ cancelled არ იქნება, თუ offer აშკარად სხვაგვარად არ მიუთითებს.

Payments შეიძლება processed იყოს third-party payment providers-ის მიერ, როგორიცაა Stripe ან PayPal. ჩვენ არ ვინახავთ full card numbers ან banking credentials-ს. Payment status, renewal dates, invoices და plan rights ახლდება provider confirmations და platform records-ის მიხედვით.

valid payment method-ის შენარჩუნება თქვენი პასუხისმგებლობაა. თუ payment fails, შეგვიძლია retry collection, limit paid features, downgrade account ან suspend access reasonable notice-ის შემდეგ, სადაც applicable არის.

თითოეული plan შეიძლება მოიცავდეს თქვენს account-ზე გამოყოფილ storage-ს. ეს storage მოიცავს files-ს და hosted resources-ს თქვენი QR codes, links, biolink pages, restaurant menus, vCards, images, logos, favicons, PDFs და დაკავშირებული assets-სთვის.

გამოყენებული limit დამოკიდებულია თქვენს plan-ზე.

თქვენს account-ში ნაჩვენები usage ადარებს რეალურად მოხმარებულ storage-ს plan limit-ს. თუ ეს limit მიღწეულია, ახალი files-ის upload ან storage-ის საჭირო resources-ის შექმნა შეიძლება უარყოფილი იყოს, სანამ files არ წაიშლება, plan არ შეიცვლება ან limit არ გაიზრდება.

7. Cancellation, refunds და plan changes

Recurring subscription-ის cancel შეგიძლიათ თქვენი account-იდან ან support-თან დაკავშირებით. Cancellation აჩერებს future renewals-ს, მაგრამ current billing period-ის automatic refund-ს არ იძლევა, თუ law არ მოითხოვს ან support აშკარად არ grant აკეთებს.

Refund requests case by case განიხილება issue-ის nature-ის, actual service availability-ის, paid features-ის usage-ის და applicable consumer rules-ის გათვალისწინებით. Lifetime offers არის one-time purchases და არ არის recurring subscriptions.

8. Invoices, taxes და billing information

Invoices generate ხდება თქვენს account-ში available billing information-იდან და payment provider data-იდან. Purchase-მდე billing details, tax information და recipient information-ის სისწორეზე თქვენ ხართ პასუხისმგებელი.

9. API, automations და integrations

API access, webhooks, pixels, analytics scripts, integrations და automation features უნდა გამოიყენოთ უსაფრთხოდ და თქვენი plan limits-ის ფარგლებში. tokens, secrets, API keys და webhook endpoints-ის დაცვა თქვენი პასუხისმგებლობაა.

საჭიროების შემთხვევაში შეგვიძლია limit, rotate, revoke ან suspend technical access platform-ის, users-ის, security-ის, infrastructure-ის ან third-party services-ის დასაცავად.

10. ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება

Rqrcode, მისი interface, software, source code, design, trademarks, texts, icons და documentation დაცულია intellectual property rights-ით. ownership თქვენზე არ გადადის, გარდა ამ terms-ით service-ის გამოყენების limited right-ისა.

თქვენ ინარჩუნებთ rights-ს თქვენს მიერ მოწოდებულ content-ზე. გვაძლევთ technical rights-ს, რომელიც საჭიროა ამ content-ის service-ის ნაწილად host, process, display, secure, back up და deliver-ისთვის.

11. Privacy, cookies და data protection

platform შეიძლება rely იყოს ან link აკეთებდეს third-party services-ზე, მათ შორის hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, authentication providers და destination websites. მათი საკუთარი terms და policies შეიძლება apply იყოს.

ჩვენ არ ვართ პასუხისმგებელი third-party downtime-ზე, policy changes-ზე, blocked payments-ზე, browser restrictions-ზე, external content-ზე ან services-ის decisions-ზე, რომლებსაც ჩვენ არ ვაკონტროლებთ.

13. Availability, maintenance და support

14. Suspension და termination

Law-ით დაშვებულ მაქსიმალურ ფარგლებში არ ვართ პასუხისმგებელი indirect losses-ზე, loss of revenue-ზე, loss of opportunity-ზე, reputation damage-ზე, failed campaigns-ზე, printing costs-ზე ან analytics data-ზე დაფუძნებულ decisions-ზე.
